Momma J’s Blueberry Working Dog Biscuits


Ingredients:


1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (mashed)


1 ½ cups oat flour (or ground rolled oats)


½ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)


1 egg


2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)


¼ cup ground flaxseed (optional, for extra fiber and omega-3s)


½ tsp cinnamon (good for joints and circulation)



Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.



2. In a bowl, mix mashed blueberries, pumpkin, egg, and melted coconut oil until well combined.



3. Stir in oat flour, flaxseed, and cinnamon, forming a dough.



4. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface (or just flatten with your hands) to about ¼-inch thickness.



5. Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter (or just cut into squares) and place biscuits on the baking sheet.



6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and firm.



7. Let cool completely before serving to your hardworking pup.
